Winter Dance Company Studio facility is fully equipped with mirrors, wood flooring, heating and air-conditioning, television(s), WI-FI, DVD player and sound equipment that is compatible with phones/iPod/iPad. There are 20 folding chairs, two 8-foot tables, and one 6-foot table. The Studio facility may be used for group and private classes, rehearsals, auditions, birthday parties, fitness sessions, photo shoots and many other events/activities…
Food and drinks are allowed with Management Approval. Smoking or the use of alcoholic beverages is not permitted within 20 feet of the facility. There is private parking, however, security is NOT provided.

2 – 4 hours @ $35 per hour
5-8 hours @ $30 per hour
9 hours or more: Speak with management

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
Space may be booked in person or via email. A security deposit of $200 is due at the time of booking. The security deposit that we hold will not be charged without you being notified ﬁrst. If the space is left in the same condition that it was rented, you will receive your FULL deposit. Full payment must be received one week prior to the rental date. Payment may be made via check payable to WDC, cash, debit/credit card, or money order). There will be a $35 NSF charge for all returned checks. Renter must cancel (via email or in writing in person) 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. There will be no refunds if cancellation is less than 48 hours of the event.
