Space may be booked in person (9269 Florida Blvd. Ste. 102) during studio hours or simply complete the form below. A security deposit of $200 (check or money order payable to Winter Dance Company) is due at the time of booking. The security deposit that we hold will not be charged without you being notified ﬁrst. If the space is left in the same condition that it was rented, you will receive your FULL deposit. Full payment must be received one week prior to the rental date. Payment may be made via check payable to WDC, cash, debit/credit card, or money order). There will be a $35 NSF charge for all returned checks. Renter must cancel (via email or in writing in person) 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. There will be no refunds if cancellation is less than 48 hours of the event.
