TUITION AND FEES

There are (4) Fees Paid Yearly:

  1. Registration Fee – $50 Fee per student.
  2. Tuition Fee – See section below.
  3. Costume Fee – Covers students’ two costumes per class enrolled in.
  4. Recital Fee – Covers student cost in the annual recital. Each student pays one Recital Fee. We have an annual Christmas Production or Black History Production. More information TBD.

Registration Fee

$50 Non-Refundable Registration Fee  per student and (First month’s) Tuition is due upon registration.

Tuition

Dance Season is for 10 Months, September – June. Tuition for 1 Class is $60 Per month and additional classes are $35 each per month. Specialty Classes (Cheernastics, Contemporary/ African  Jazz, Liturgical/Mime, Mommy & Me, and Beginner’s Jazz Tehnique/Jazz It Up, Advanced Technique which are $35 a month.  The Ballet/Pre-Pointe Class is Free.

There will be $20 Late fee assessed on the 10th of the month. ANY STUDENT WITH A DELINQUENT ACCOUNT FOR TWO MONTHS WILL BE DROPPED FROM OUR ROLL AND NOT ALLOWED TO RE-REGISTER FOR THE SEASON UNTIL ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL. (STUDENTS WILL THEN HAVE TO RE-REGISTER FOR THE SEASON).

COSTUME FEE

The non-refundable Costume Fee ($150 per class) covers two costumes and is due Wednesday, December 6th. There will be a $30 late fee accessed for those who do not pay the costume fee by the deadline. Costumes WILL NOT be ordered after Wednesday, March 27th. There will be NO REFUNDS for costumes fees if a student drops. Fees do not include any alterations that may have to be made to the costume or additional accessories that may be needed. There will be a $30 (restock/shipping fee) plus the cost of the costume if a costume must be re-ordered. More into TBD. The Costume Fee must be paid in full by the deadline to participate in Picture Day & the Recital. (See Important Dates section)

RECITAL FEE

The non-refundable Recital Fee ($250 per child) is due Wednesday, March 13th. This fee covers the cost involved in the production including the theatre rental of the facility for rehearsal and recital, security, photographer, videographer, printing fees, decorations, props and WDC staff. This fee also covers each student with a souvenir recital booklet with students’ individual picture, a digital copy of their individual picture, recital shirt, trophy, certificate, link to the recital recording, and five recital tickets. There will be a $30 late fee accessed for those who do not pay the Recital Fee by the deadline.  The Recital Fee must be paid in full to participate in the recital.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments are ONLY accepted online at winterdanceco.com (Must have an online portal).  Payments may be paid at the Ipad Kiosk stands inside of the studio during studio hours.
