TUITION AND FEES

There are (5) Fees Paid Yearly:

1. Registration Fee – $45 Fee per student.
2. Tuition Fee – See section below.
3. Christmas Production Fee – Covers student cost in the annual Christmas production.
4. Recital Costume Fee – Covers students’ two costumes per class enrolled in.
5. Recital Production Fee – Covers student cost in the annual recital. Each student pays one Recital Fee.

Registration Fee

$45 Non-Refundable Registration Fee  per student and (First month’s) Tuition is due upon registration.

Tuition

Dance Season is for 10 Months, September – June. Tuition for 1 Class is $60 per month (except Specialty Classes which are $40 per month) and additional classes are $40 each per month.

Specialty Classes(Cheernastics/Pom Dance, Contemporary/ African Jazz, Liturgical/Mime, Mommy & Me, Advanced Technique, Beginners/Advanced Ballet/Pre-pointe)are $40 a month. There will be a $25Late Feeassessed on the 10th of the month.

ANY STUDENT WITH A DELINQUENT ACCOUNT FOR TWO MONTHS WILL BE DROPPED FROM OUR ROLL AND NOT ALLOWED TO RE-REGISTER FOR THE SEASON UNTIL ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL. STUDENTS WILL THEN HAVE TO RE-REGISTER FOR THE SEASON.

CHRISTMAS PRODUCTION FEE

The non-refundable Christmas Production Fee ($150) covers one costume, dance tights, one Christmas Production shirt, digital copy of class picture and two tickets to the Christmas Production. Students in multiple classes pay $70 for each additional class (this will cover the cost of an additional costume). This fee also covers the cost  of the theater rental for rehearsal and production, security, photographer, printing fees, decorations, props and WDC staff.

The Christmas Production Fee is due Wednesday, October 15th. There will be a $30 late fee assessed for those who do not pay the Christmas Production Fee by the deadline. Costumes WILL NOT be ordered after Wednesday, October 29th. There will be NO REFUNDS for costumes fees if a student drops. Fees do not include any alterations that may have to be made to the costume or additional accessories that may be needed. There will be a $30 (restock/shipping fee) if a costume must be reordered.The Costume Fee must be paid in full by the deadline to participate in the Christmas Production. (See Important Dates section).

COSTUME FEE

The non-refundable Costume Fee ($150 per class) covers two costumes and is due Wednesday, January 7th. There will be a $30 late fee assessed for those who do not pay the costume fee by the deadline. Costumes WILL NOT be ordered after Wednesday, March 11th. There will be NO REFUNDS for costumes fees if a student drops. Fees do not include any alterations that may have to be made to the costume or additional accessories that may be needed. There will be a $30 (restock/shipping fee) if a costume must be re-ordered. More into TBD. The Costume Fee must be paid in full by the deadline to participate in Picture Day & the Recital. (See Important Dates section)

RECITAL PRODUCTION FEE

The non-refundable Recital Fee ($250 per child) is due Wednesday, March 25th. This fee covers the cost involved in the production including the theater rental for rehearsal and recital, security, photographer, videographer, printing fees, decorations, props and WDC staff.

This fee also covers each student with a souvenir recital booklet with students’ individual picture, a digital copy of their individual picture, recital shirt, trophy, certificate, link to the recital recording, and five recital tickets. There will be a $30 late fee assessed for those who do not pay the Recital Fee by the deadline. The Recital Fee must be paid in full to participate in the recital.
